The Bugle Lariat by Ana Rendon Sanders feature Brass and Sterling Silver. The elegant center bugle is handmade by Ana using brass and fine craftsmanship. At the end a shining sterling silver bead. This necklace is lightweight and elegant, and is a great transition piece to layer with your gold and silver jewelry (that's what we do!). The Bugle Lariat by Ana Rendon Sanders measures 21.5" in length. It is finished with a simple sterling silver ring and it is clasped by threading the bead through the ring until your desired length.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Ana Rendon Sanders was born in Columbia, South America. Her family moved to Tucson, AZ, where she spent her adolescence in a bilingual, bicultural home. Ana later attended Northern Arizona University where she was formally trained in ceramic arts and metal smithing, earning her BFA.
Ana's current work in metal smithing celebrates the plasticity and intrinsic beauty of silver, brass and gold. Her overall focus is in forged metals, which she personally hand forges. Ana enjoys exploring the intricate patterns found in nature. The study of these details often finds expression in her jewelry. Ana's jewelry designs are available in boutiques and galleries within Utah, and now Colorado through Harmony Scott Jewelry Design.
