Should you need to exchange or return your order for any reason, guidelines are below, and return form is on the back. Please note, there are natural variances in gems and pearls that are an intrinsic part of nature's gifts, and should not be considered defects.
If you receive your order and it is incorrect, contact us at 800.690.1948, and we take care of you immediately.
Harmony Scott Jewelry gladly accepts refunds/exchanges for merchandise credit under the following conditions:
- Jewelry is unworn and in its original condition
- Jewelry includes receipt and packaging
- Return is received within 14 days for a refund
- Return is received within 30 days for store credit
- Do not write ‘jewelry’ on the outside of the box for extra protection.
Customized, altered, or "final sale" jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded
Fill out the return form that is included in your order and wrap the package securely in a box with padding or protective packaging (more than the silk pouch is recommended). Mail to our Carbondale shop (199 Main Street, Carbondale, CO 81623). The exchange or refund will be issued after item is received back at Harmony Scott Jewelry Design upon which we will send you a store credit or refund confirmation.
Charges for initial insured shipping (and return) are refunded if the return is a result of our error - this includes damaged merchandise.

In Store Returns
We only offer Exchange/Store Credit for purchases made in our stores within 30 days of purchase (no money back). You may exchange any item (excluding special orders/Sale Items). Please stop into either of our stores or contact us for shipping instructions. Upon receipt of merchandise at HSJD, if you are out of state, we will let you know the amount of your exchange due or store credit issued. You will receive the full amount of the item for exchange. Store credits cannot be used directly on our websites. You will need to call us in order to use the credit as payment or visit either of our two galleries. Store credits will always be put under your name. In case of a gift exchange, we will issue the store credit in the name of the gift recipient.
**We offer Returns on the Web and over the phone and NOT in the store because we feel it is important that you have the opportunity to see, try on, connect and contemplate your jewelry purchase as you would with the in store experience. Unfortunately, we have had the sad experience of people purchasing an item, wearing it a few times and then wanting to return it for a full refund. As a small business, we are unable to operate this way. We hope you understand.
Please use a secure shipping box with padding inside and insure for the full value; we are not responsible for damage to any item that is improperly packaged or lost in transit when shipped back to us.
